When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, business or organisation name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your project stage, preferred response method and the details you include in your brief.
The website hosting platform may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information and security or access logs, as part of normal website delivery, spam prevention and security monitoring.

Enquiry information is normally processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to genuine enquiries, managing potential business relationships and protecting the website. Where an enquiry becomes an accepted engagement, some processing is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations.

Netlify and other technology providers may process or store information outside Seychelles, including through international infrastructure. Where personal information is processed outside Seychelles, we use providers and arrangements intended to provide appropriate contractual, organisational and security safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share enquiry information with unrelated third parties for advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect legitimate rights or security, or to service providers supporting the website, hosting and communication process.
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless there is a lawful reason to keep them longer. Records relating to accepted clients are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the periods reasonably required by applicable accounting, tax, limitation, evidence and dispute obligations.
Security, spam and access logs are retained according to the operational schedules of the relevant hosting and technology providers. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising tools. Essential platform, security or performance technologies may process limited technical information required to operate and protect the site.
